This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the upscale Providencia area of Santiago is perfect, as it is close to the subway and not far from the central train station. The hotel is situated in a good area close to most tourist spots, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provide excellent service and are always ready to assist. The basic amenities in the rooms, along with the small TV in the bedroom, meet all the necessary requirements. The fact that breakfast is included in the rate is an added bonus, and it was a nice way to start the day.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.

Personnel is really friendly and helpful... They even gave me some tips on how to reach the truistic points I was looking for, without hiring a touristic company, which is quite expensive over there...
The room was quite good, but bathroom is small... The bathtub, forget it... Hot water lasts maximum15 minutes...We have to rush to have bath every time... There is a smoke smell all over the hotel..

The location of this hotel was ideal as it was close to many restaurants and shops, which was great for our Christmas stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free WIFI that was offered during our stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room itself could use some improvements as it was outdated and in need of renovation. the bathroom was particularly small and inconvenient, with old fixtures that were difficult to use.

This hotel in Providencia is in a great location, close to most tourist spots in the center of the city. The value for money is excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided in the room, including a small TV in the bedroom, are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate is a nice perk.
Noise could be an issue, but overall, it was fine.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location in the upscale Providencia area was perfect - it was close to most tourist spots and right in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was fair and gave us a good start to our day. the hotel facilities were great and we especially appreciated the availability of parking and the easy transportation options in this area.

The room had a kitchenette, which was convenient for making snacks. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was outdated and had a funky smell. There wasn't much counter space to put our toiletries.
